- (resolved) A problem with a backbone provider was causing
a regional outage that affected our services. This has been
resolved and is not expected to occur again. Twitter account
established to provide communication on technical issues that

10-01-09 - All services operating with no technical
problems.

- (resolved) Some services are currently down due to a core
router failure. We are currently working with Cisco Engineers
to return service to operational status. We should have services
returned shortly to you. We apologize for the downtime in

- (resolved) Stat counter program is undergoing maintenance.
03-02-09 - Stat counter program is working again. This was
left open for a few days to make sure everything was working
correctly. If you are not seeing new hits in your web stats,
please contact Support so they
can check your website.

- (resolved) There is an issue with the online editing software
which is currently being addressed. This should be resolved
soon. 02-12-09 Update - this has been resolved. There was
a small error in the apache server files that was corrected.
02-12-09 Update - re-opened to install fix. Editor fix has
been completed.

- (resolved) Unscheduled server maintenance being performed.
Some sites and services may be affected for short periods
of time. Update - this has been resolved.

- (resolved) We will be performing an emergency infrastructure
upgrade between Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at 10:00PM ET
and Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 6:00AM ET
Services may be accessible intermittently during the maintenance
window. This upgrade is being conducted to upgrade back end
infrastructure and firmware code on several Storage Attached
Network (SAN) devices. This upgrade will help prevent unnecessary
downtime in the future. This has been completed. No outages
reported.
